Corporate Lawyer

TALANTY PARTNERS is supporting an international group with operations across CEE in hiring a Corporate Lawyer for its Warsaw office. The role covers corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Supporting corporate governance matters, including entity structuring and board documentation.
• Advising internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters across CEE markets.
• Coordinating with external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
• Managing corporate secretarial matters and statutory filings.
• Supporting M&A due diligence processes when required.

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, in-house or private practice.
• Strong knowledge of Polish corporate law; familiarity with CEE regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Polish at native/fluent level.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
