M&A Analyst

TALANTY PARTNERS is hiring on behalf of an international investment and advisory group active across CEE markets. We're looking for an M&A Analyst to support deal execution, financial modelling, and due diligence processes for cross-border transactions.

• Building and maintaining financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for M&A transactions.
• Supporting due diligence processes, including financial and commercial analysis.
• Preparing investment memoranda, pitch materials, and transaction summaries.
• Conducting market and industry research to support deal sourcing.
• Coordinating with legal, tax, and finance advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assisting senior team members in negotiations and closing processes.

• 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional CEE language is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.
