Supply Planning Specialist

TALANTY PARTNERS is supporting an international consumer goods company in hiring a Supply Planning Specialist for its Warsaw office. The role focuses on demand planning, inventory management, production coordination, and operational analytics across multiple global markets.

• Planning and controlling shipment schedules from factories in China to key markets.
• Analyzing market demand and monitoring stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across the group.
• Creating and executing replenishment orders based on demand forecasts and inventory status.
• Preparing monthly analytical reports and operational performance overviews.
• Supporting ERP system implementation: testing, configuration, and adapting processes to internal workflows.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, and Marketing teams to maintain smooth operational processes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large SKU portfolios.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (implementation or daily use).
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Core communication language: Ukrainian or Russian.
• Confidence in Excel or ERP-based analytics.
• Strong multitasking skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
